Refund and Returns Policy

We want your experience with Ink to Mend to feel supportive and intentional. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.


Returns – 7 Day Window


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:


● Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
Unworn / unused, with tags (if applicable)
● In its original packaging
● You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:
● A return shipping label (if applicable)
● Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:
● The item is defective or damaged
● You receive the wrong item
● Your package is missing items
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, store
credit, or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Because of the nature of some of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
● Digital products (downloads, printables, e-books, digital journals, etc.)
Mystery boxes & subscription boxes once shipped
● Personalized or custom items (custom name, custom quotes, etc.)
● Opened self-care items (such as skincare, bath products, if applicable)
● Gift cards
● Final sale / clearance items
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before returning it.


Exchanges


The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
1. Request a return for the item you have.
2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved:
● You’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
● Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
